the hotel was very mediocre, a sad excuse for what one would expect in such a lovely city. breakfast prices could've easily given me a heart attack, and to top it off, my room had a horrible sewage smell. frankly, i expected at least a complimentary snack for such a lackluster experience—still ended with nothing.

Elevators only reach the fifth floor, which can be quite inconvenient for those on higher floors!!! The surrounding area lacks decent bars or restaurants, leaving limited dining options closely!!! Cleanliness could certainly use a higher standard!!!

For dads, it would be great if the pool area had more shade for kids.

The staff really stood out, always welcoming and eager to help. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, which I appreciated. Breakfast had many choices and was overall good, but I found the dinner options limited and not very appealing. The location, while felt a bit out from the center initially, had a reliable bus service just outside for easy access to the city. Overall, I had a great experience but those few inconveniences made a difference.
